The central premise of this code is that Nuavo Lifestyle reputation for quality products and services, for business integrity of our services and products is the heart and soul of our enterprise. It is an essential prerequisite for success that our customers believe us to be telling them the truth. If we are not telling them the truth - or even if they, for any valid reason, believe that we are not - then we cannot prosper.

Company COC Guidelines

Child Labour

Company verifies the details of its employees and do not employ Child labour under the age of 15 years.

Involuntary employment

Company does not allow any person to extract work from under threat or penalty and for which the person does not offer himself/herself voluntarily.

Health and Safety

Company maintain a clean, safe and healthy workplace.

Remuneration

The company offers its staff a competitive remuneration and discretionary bonus as per the eligibility.

Training and development

Company emphasis on the professional development, training and promotion of employees. Regular training and development programs are conducted for employee motivation and improving skills.

Working Hours

Company guarantees atleast one day off during each seven-day period.

Inter-personal relationship

Company believes in treating employees with dignity, respect and justice, taking into consideration their different cultural sensitivities. Not discriminate against employees on the grounds of race, religion, age, sex or any other personal or social condition different from condition of merit and capacity. not permit any form of violence, harassment or abuse at the work place.

Company comply with all legal requirements applicable to the conduct of their businesses, including those set out above.

Disciplinary practices

Company does not encourage any form of physical or psychological punishment coercion or intimidation against any subordinate staff.

Conflict of interest

No employee or any of their immediate family members, may have any financial interest, direct or indirect, in any business which competes with the company or with which the company has business dealings.

Illegal payments and gifts

Any employee soliciting or accepting any commission, payment, gift, service favour or any other advantage in connection with his/her work will be immediately terminated without any compensation.

Confidentiality

Employee shall not reveal to any person or company any of the trade secrets or confidential operations, processes, dealing, or any other information concerning the organization, business, financial transactions, activities, policies, clientele or affairs of the company.

Training and development

Vendor conduct

Company does not encourage any form of physical or psychological punishment coercion or intimidation against any subordinate staff.

Conflict of interest

Company ensures that their vendors (exporters and suppliers) also adhere to above code of conduct.

Monitoring of compliance

The principals of Lifestyle Inc. conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspection if vendor facilities for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these Code of Conduct.

Corrective actions

When violations are found, appropriate corrective actions are taken.
